Enhanced AI Agents for Smarter Support

You can now have agents directly generate Service Tickets.

Converse AI Agents were already smart – but now they’re even smarter (and easier to use)! 

AI Agents now come with:

  • Post-Action Configurations: Users can tailor how agents respond after completing tasks for greater customization.
  • Memory Storage: Agents can store parameters from past interactions, allowing them to have context-aware conversations and saving users time from having to remind agents of info they already shared. 
  • Synchronous Execution: Agents can execute workflows synchronously in real-time, enabling the output of Processes to be used by Agents.
  • Service Ticket Creation: Users can now have agents directly generate detailed Service Tickets without having to design additional Processes in Flow.

All these features allow AI Agents to support your teams and customers with intelligent, context-rich support across multiple channels, including chat and SMS.
