As workflows grow, maintaining visibility and organization becomes increasingly important. With the introduction of a Mini-Map, Integrated Parameter Set View, Process Access Control, and Environment Archiving, we’re making the Process Editor more intuitive and efficient. These enhancements ensure teams can navigate complex workflows effortlessly, manage parameters more effectively, and enforce access controls for greater security and collaboration.
What’s New:
Granular Process Permissions – Organizations can now control workflow visibility and editing rights more effectively. Admins can set access for the entire organization or limit it to specific users and groups, with the ability to define who can view or edit/deploy processes.
Updated Process Access Page for the Process Editor
Integrated Parameter Set View – Users can now view parameter set names, data types, and environment-specific values directly in the Step Library, eliminating the need to navigate through settings. This streamlines workflow setup and reduces configuration time.
Updated view of Expected Input Parameters in Process Settings
Easier Navigation with Mini-Map – The new mini-map provides a visual reference of the entire workflow, showing users what portion of the process is currently on screen. A Zoom to Fit button allows for quick navigation, ensuring complex workflows remain easy to manage.
Archiving Unused Environments – Users can now archive and restore environments without affecting active workflows or executions. This helps keep the system organized while maintaining flexibility.
These enhancements improve visibility, streamline workflow management, and give teams more control over their processes, making it easier than ever to build, navigate, and manage workflows effectively.
